Canadian Camp Staff respects each individual’s right to
personal privacy. We will collect and use information
through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this
statement. This statement applies solely to
information collected at Canadian Camp Staff’s Web site.

Canadian Camp Staff collects information through our Web site

visitors who fill in our staff application form or contact form,
such as name, address, telephone number and email address.
We may also collect name, telephone
number and email address which our users divulge about other people,
such as referrals. Canadian Camp Staff does not actively market to
children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge
personal information.
We collect the following general data
that is not personally identifiable information such as whether the
applicant is a student or is employed, what interests and skills
they have. We may collect demographic data for the purposes of
determining website traffic.
We verify the accuracy of this
information during our review of applicants for summer jobs by
contacting applicants and checking references supplied.
We collect this information through
registration forms, automatic logging files, and so on.
Demographic data is collected from automatic logging and personal
information is only collected through registration forms and only
voluntarily. To receive our products and services, name, telephone
number and email address is mandatory so that we may contact you to
review your application with you. Other information we request
is optional.
We do not employ cookies. A cookie is a
small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer
hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable websites to
track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users.
Banner advertising does not appear on
our Web site.
Part II. Information Usage.
The information collected by Canadian Camp Staff will be
used for contacting potential camp directors who are looking to hire
staff for summer camps and contacting individuals who wish to apply
for a summer camp position. Users who provide information will
receive a telephone call or email from us.
Registered users may receive additional
announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a
newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present
the option to not receive these types of communications.
The information we collect may be used
to create customer profiles based on communication history. We
will supplement information collected at our Web site with data from
other sources such as employment references, previous camp
experience, etc.
We do not share data with
third parties.
We may offer links to other Web sites.

may differ from ours.
Our Web site does not offer chats,
forums or message boards. Please be advised that information
posted in these venues becomes public knowledge.

Canadian Camp Staff maintains the accuracy of our
information by contacting registered users to update this
information via email or telephone. Users may access their own
personal information by contacting us about inaccuracies.
Users may request that Canadian Camp Staff delete their information
from our database by contacting us.

If problems arise, users may contact Canadian Camp Staff by
telephone and email. We are committed to resolving disputes
within 72 hours.
